Privacy Policy

The current version of this policy is always published on this page. For data processing questions, email solidweb2@gmail.com.

General

This Privacy Policy explains how the SolidWeb team ("we", "Site Administration") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information obtained from users of https://solidweb.by and https://solidweb.tech (the "Site").

This policy applies to the Site, its subdomains (if any), and the products and services we offer through it: website development, rental, support, SEO, and related work.

This page describes what information we or third parties may receive when you use the Site, so you can make informed decisions about the data you share with us.

The policy applies directly to this Site and data collected through it. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from the Site or resources we do not control.

Information we receive

When you visit the Site, we may automatically receive technical data: IP address, browser and device type, interface language, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate time on page. This data is used in aggregated form to operate and improve the Site.

The Site collects general information your browser sends when visiting pages, unless you provide additional data through contact forms.

We may collect personal data when you submit a contact form, email us, reach out via Telegram, or otherwise contact us. You may provide your name, email, Telegram handle, project type, and message. You can browse the Site anonymously, but we cannot respond to a request without contact details.

We do not request or process bank card data through Site forms. Payment for services, when applicable, is arranged separately through secure channels.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies — small files stored in your browser. They may be needed to save language, theme, basic UI settings, and collect anonymized visit statistics.

Cookies do not by themselves contain identity documents. You can disable or limit cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may then work incorrectly.

The Site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, or similar). They help us understand which pages are useful and improve Site structure. We do not use these tools to identify a specific person without separate consent.

Server logs may record page requests to assess load and hosting stability.

How we use collected information

  • To respond to your request, prepare a project estimate, and agree on terms of work
  • To improve customer service and Site content quality
  • To understand which services and sections are most in demand
  • To process feedback and improve our products and services
  • To fulfill contractual obligations if you become a client
  • To send information you agreed to receive (news, project updates). You can opt out at any time by replying to an email or contacting us

Personal data and form consent

By entering personal data in a contact form on the Site and clicking Send, you decide to provide your personal data and consent to its processing of your own free will and in your interest. This consent is specific and informed.

You may choose not to provide personal data; however, we will then be unable to process your request or contact you.

Consent covers processing of the data you provide for the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent by emailing solidweb2@gmail.com.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell users' personal data. Data may be shared with contractors that help operate the Site and communications: hosting providers, analytics services, email and messenger platforms — only to the extent needed to provide the service and with appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information if required by law or by an authorized authority.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries and correspondence as long as needed for communication, project work, and legal obligations, but not longer than reasonably necessary after the interaction ends.

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No one can guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet; please do not submit information unrelated to your request through forms.

Your rights

To exercise your rights, email solidweb2@gmail.com — we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Request information about what data we process about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete data where there is no legal basis to retain it
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing

Policy changes

We may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when published on this page unless stated otherwise. We recommend checking this page periodically.
