MVP DEVELOPMENT

Startup MVP launch in 4-8 weeks

We build a Minimum Viable Product that solves the core user pain point. No bloated features, endless approvals, or unnecessary code. Only critical flows to validate your hypothesis, acquire first paying customers, and pitch to investors.

Approach

Why classic development kills startups

Startups need speed and hypothesis validation, not endless specs and years of development.

01

Focus on value, not features

The main mistake founders make is trying to build a 'perfect' product at once. We cut 80% of secondary features (wishlist) and keep the 20% core functionality that clients are willing to pay for today. This allows you to enter the market months ahead of competitors.

02

Architecture ready for growth

An MVP is not spaghetti code. We use modern frameworks (Next.js, React, Node.js) that are easy to scale. When your startup raises funds (Seed/Round A), you won't have to rewrite the product from scratch — we will simply continue adding modules.

03

Data-driven decisions

We integrate end-to-end analytics (Amplitude, PostHog, GA4) into every MVP. You will see every user click, bottlenecks in the registration funnel, and real Retention. Numbers decide which feature to build in the next sprint.

Who it's for

Who is the MVP format perfect for

MVP is a tool for those who need to enter the market quickly and get their first numbers.

Pre-seed Founders

You have an idea, a Pitch Deck, and passion, but no technical partner (CTO) or development team to build the first version.

B2B SaaS Projects

Need to quickly launch a portal, dashboard, or business automation tool to gather first subscriptions and feedback.

Corporate Spin-offs

A large enterprise is launching a new experimental product and wants to test demand without bureaucracy and massive budgets.

Startups before funding round

Investors no longer fund just beautiful slides. They need Traction (users) and a working prototype. We will build that prototype for you.

Technology

Stack for fast launch

We often build MVPs on a modern stack, but we'll choose what you need — WordPress, PHP, plain HTML/CSS/JS, or full SaaS.

> init mvp-project
> typical stack (we adapt to your needs):
  - Frontend: HTML/CSS/JS, React, Next.js, Vue
  - Backend: PHP, Node.js, Python
  - DB: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase / Firebase
  - Auth: OAuth, Magic Links, JWT
  - Payments: Stripe / local gateways
  - Hosting: shared / VPS / Vercel / AWS

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about MVP

Answers to the main questions founders have before starting development.

The cost depends heavily on functionality. Simple SaaS or marketplaces start at $1200 - $2000. Complex systems with AI, video streaming, or custom logic can start at $5000. We provide an exact estimate after a free discovery call.

Absolutely. The secret to speed is strict Scope Management and the use of modern frameworks and BaaS solutions (Supabase, Firebase), which replace months of writing backend from scratch.

Yes. After full payment, we transfer all Intellectual Property (IP) rights, source code in GitHub/GitLab, and access to all servers to you.

Yes. We don't use No-Code builders (like Bubble or Glide) for complex projects. We write full code in React/Next.js, which is used by large IT companies. It's easy to develop and maintain.

Yes, we are ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) even before the first call, so you can safely share your idea.

In an MVP, we try to freeze the scope to meet the deadline. If a feature is critical, we issue a Change Request, assess how it affects timelines and budget, and only proceed after your approval.

Yes. If your MVP is a mobile app, we use React Native or Expo. This allows us to write code once and release the app on both iOS and Android simultaneously.

Yes, we handle all the routine of passing moderation, configuring certificates, and publishing the app to the stores.

We don't abandon the project. You can switch to a technical support format (Retainer) — buying a package of hours per month for bug fixing, server monitoring, and developing new features from the backlog.

Yes, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic) is one of the most frequent requests. We can set up text generation, data analysis, smart chatbots, or RAG systems (search across your knowledge base).

No. We only need your idea and understanding of the business logic. We will write User Stories, design the architecture, and create technical documentation during the Discovery phase.

We work under a contract. Payment is divided into stages (sprints). You pay for a concrete result that you can test.

Fast Track

Leave a request, and we will conduct a free discovery call to decompose your idea.

Stages

How we launch an MVP

1. Discovery & Decomp (1 week)
We run a workshop. Extract all your ideas. Ruthlessly cut the scope. Keep only the User Flow without which the product makes no sense. We create an estimate and fix timelines.
2. UX/UI Design (1-2 weeks)
We design wireframes and build a clickable prototype in Figma. We don't draw complex art — we make a clean, high-converting interface based on UI kits (Shadcn, Radix) to save time.
3. Development (2-week sprints)
We write code. Every 2 weeks we show a working increment. You can click through the product on a staging server. We set up databases, auth, and API integrations.
4. QA and Release (1 week)
We test the product for bugs. Connect analytics (Amplitude/GA4). Configure the production server, domains, SSL. We do a Soft Launch for early adopters.
5. Support & Iterations (Ongoing)
We gather user feedback. Find out what they like and where they drop off. We form a backlog for version 1.1 and continue development on a subscription basis.
